I am having problems accessing my emails. I can sign in ok using my user name and password, I then click on the Email tab at the top right of the My Virgin Media page and then get a blue screen with the following message:
This Service is not available right now. Retry
I can click retry but just keep getting the same screen.
This started happening on my desktop PC on the 30th November and remains the same today. What is really odd is I can view my emails on my phone and tablet.
