Clients/Apps (Thunderbird, Live mail etc) now use a different password to WEB Mail (Browser login in to your Email Account)
If you cannot get your Clients/Apps to accept your old password it needs to be reset in your account using a WEB Mail login using your Browser.

It will generate a new password for your Clients/Apps, (NOT your WEB mail account).
Try to get your email in your Clients/App and change the password to the new password it just generated.
(Remember the new password it just generated is only for Clients/Apps, WEB mail still uses a different password to login like always)
