Hi guys trying to use my email in a third party program but it wont connect any ideas

Which third-party program and are you using the following recommended settings:

Incoming (either IMAP or POP3)

Account type	IMAP		POP3
Username	richard.branson@virginmedia.com		richard.branson@virginmedia.com
Server port	993		995
Authentication	Password		Password
SSL/TLS	Yes		Yes
Server host	imap.virginmedia.com		pop3.virginmedia.com

Outgoing (SMTP)

Account type	SMTP
Username	richard.branson@virginmedia.com
Server port	465
Authentication	Password
SSL/TLS	Yes
Server host	smtp.virginmedia.com
