I have not been able to access my virgin email account for at least 48 hours (could be longer), I just get the following message,
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
I have been unable to contact any support at Virgin, I am not waiting on the phone for an hour. Is anyone else having issues, any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues when attempting to access your email account.
It sounds like we may need to enable your mailbox but I am afraid I am having issues locating your account via the Community details.
With this being the case, I am going to go ahead and pop you over a private message now.
