Hi, I have been trying to access my email in order to access an account of mine. Whenever I try to try forgotten password it doesn't accept my date of birth and security question answer.

I need to access this email before it is deactivated and make the amendments to my other account

@PsmhvHannah02  If this is the same email address that you posted about earlier in the year then it is likely to have been closed down by now.

Hello PsmhvHannah02, thanks for posting on our help forum.

Sorry to hear of the issues faced with accessing your email account and changing your password, have you ever set up a security profile before adding your DOB and security questions so you can change the password using those before this happened?

Also, could you tell us if you managed to log on since you last posted here on Sunday? Has the advice from Graham_A above helped?
