Email Account Compromised

Hi,

I can no longer access my virgin email account - my password keeps getting rejected with "We didn't recognise the username or password you entered. Please try again".  When I try and reset my password it keeps getting rejected with "Please enter valid security details" - even though I have answered the security question and date of birth correctly.  Would welcome any help!
