My email account was blocked on Saturday 16/01/21 due 'suspicious/suspect activity'. I immediately changed the password on Saturday when I noticed I couldn't log in. I contacted virgin support on Tuesday night (12/01/21) and the reset the password again and was told the account would unlocked in the next 24 hours. 48 hours later and it is still locked.
