Email Access Problem Virgin reset required

After login I get the error  "inbox is temporarily not available".

This error seems to occur every week,  for the first two weeks changing the password seemed to fix the issue.  Last week this did not work and I had to call VM to reset mail.  The error has returned today and changing password has not fixed it.   It took 2 1/2 hours on the phone, last week with VM to reset it is there a quicker way?  And why is this repeatedly happening.

Hi stephen_white, thanks for the message and sorry for the delayed response. I am sorry to hear about the issues which you are having and the mailbox may need to be enabled. Can you confirm if you are still having this issue or if it has since been resolved? Chris

I have tried to call VM but no sensible answer there then cut off.....

Hello stephen_white

Thanks for post 

This sounds like your email has been sending Spam out so it will have been locked as a security measure 

All you need to do is use a password you have not had before and reset it here 

If that still fails then please let me know

Hi  

I have reset the password under instruction from VM at least 4 times now and this does not rectify the problem.  The last time it was fixed the VM IT specialist had to reset to inbox.

I did receive an automated message that my email address was sending spam, but the setting suggested by VM were not selected for this!

 A reset is required
