After login I get the error "inbox is temporarily not available".
This error seems to occur every week, for the first two weeks changing the password seemed to fix the issue. Last week this did not work and I had to call VM to reset mail. The error has returned today and changing password has not fixed it. It took 2 1/2 hours on the phone, last week with VM to reset it is there a quicker way? And why is this repeatedly happening.
Hi stephen_white, thanks for the message and sorry for the delayed response. I am sorry to hear about the issues which you are having and the mailbox may need to be enabled. Can you confirm if you are still having this issue or if it has since been resolved? Chris
