Email 403 Forbiden

 

It is now 6weeks since I was able to access my e mail with this fault and it seems I am not alone, I cant work out why CS keeps making wait hours on the phone to reset a password that is not the problem when its such an old problem. No one seems able to help and only promise call backs that either do not happen or call back try and then promise a further call back. This has cost me a lot of money and time . Please I see some people have got help can someone help me to make sure I can get this sorted.

thanks for posting on our community forums. Really disappointing to hear that you are still experiencing the error 403 Forbidden when trying to access your emails.

 

Upon checking the latest updates with this fault, it is still under investigation. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and we appreciate your patience whilst we try to fix this issue.

 

In the meantime can we ask if you have tried the following:

Changing your password,
clearing all cookies/caches

Running a malware scan.

Yes, I have done everything you recommended. Still receiving 'Forbidden' message.
