I have 3 or 4 secondary email accounts setup for family members, 1 member believes his account may have been compromised as he is no longer able to log into his account, it used to be that I could log into My Virgin and reset his password for him , now all i can do is delete the account there are no other options available to edit the account, how do I change the password of a secondary account ??

Have you tried going to Forgotten your Password? | Reset Here | Virgin Media and entering secondary account email address to reset password?
