Wanting to switch from paperless bills to ebilling
I have two email different addresses on my account :
Theres a login email and a different email as a contact address
Does ebilling get sent to the login email or the contact email?

The bill notification should be sent to the contact email address.

AFAIK eBilling is default for new customer.
Virgin Media's re-designed website seems to lack the functionality to change this option; on the original website the eBilling option / status is displayed under My Virgin Media > My Profile towards foot of page.
