I have no access to my blue yonder email account, it keeps coming up unavailable. I have deleted my emails from my phone thinking it would reload and reset but to no avail. i cant log in on line. i have tried to reset password.
I urgently need access - can anyone advise?

i am also having this issue and urgently need access. I have deleted my mail app from phone hoping it would reinstall to no joy. i cant log in on line either.

Had issues with email account, got it back up and running but emails are stuck in outbox as it says it doesnt recognise password. I have tried to reenter etc but still nothing? this is from iphone

You can reset the password by logging on to your account at MyVirginMedia. Then set the new password in your iPhone.

Before we ask you in for a private chat to determine the issue, can we ask if you have a current active account with us? Also, do you have an error message when trying to access your email account?

yes my account is active
the error code that keeps popping up is that username or password in incorect even though it is correct.
i cant send any emails at all and receiving is very sporadic

it works when on a pc but not on my phone. I have tried to delete and reinstall numerous times. its so frustrating as i need to email attachments from phone but cant.

If it works from the PC then it suggests the problem is not with the Virgin server. Can't help you with the iPhone I'm afraid but hopefully someone will be along who can.
