EMAILS

After a few months of using the Virgin site and accessing email through it I am no longer able to access in this way.. I am using a Chromebook, which I use at work, with Chrome updated to latest version.

I can access on my windows laptop and android phone 

Any ideas??

Sounds like a cookie problem

  1. On your Chromebook, open Chrome.

  2. At the top-right, click More.

  3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.

  4. At the top, select All time.

  5. Next to 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files', tick the boxes.

  6. Click Clear data.

  7. Re-load Chromebook to ensure memory cleared.
