EIGHTEEN DAYS Now since all of my Emails and Folders were deleted by VM

When can we expect our historic Files and Folders to reappear?
EIGHTEEN DAYS and Virgin Media this INCOMPETENT company have still not given us our files and folders back.

WHEN CAN WE EXPECT THEM?

WHERE ARE THE UPDATES?

DISGUSTING service from Virgin Media.

IMPORTANT Emails and Folders they have deleted, I need them NOW, when can I expect them?

We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues with their email service and are very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing. Our teams are working flat out to fully restore all emails as soon as possible. Thanks

After the recent fiasco when the VM email system was completely down, I am now experiencing new problems in that incoming emails go to random folders. incoming mail should appear in the inbox but I am finding some in "sent" some in "trash" and occasionally some in "inbox".
I have 3 devices that receive my emails and the error is different on each.
What is going on? How do I sort out the problems?
