Hi I have problem

 I can't log in to email virginmedia  this message appears  

You haven't confirmed this username yet. Please check your inbox for a message called 'Confirm your My Virgin Media username' and click the link in the email.

How do I confirm the name? How I can't log in

This message appears when try to log in

 to confirm the username, you need to log in to the e-mail address, but how do I log in, you can't because you have to confirm

Hi @Jay777,

Thank you for coming back to us. Did you use a personal email that you have access to, to register your online account? If so, all you need to do is to access your mailbox and the confirmation email should be there.

I would like to get this looked as it will need account access from here
