E mail problem

How do I resume sending from blueyonder account . I receive mail but can’t send it. This happened after my iPhone was reset

Check that all the settings for the account are correct on your iPhone - follow the help file found here: virgin-media-mail-how-to-update-email-settings

why can’t I send from my blueyonder email. I’ve had this e mail for at least twenty years
