Others have already commented about your unwelcome habit of jumping into threads that are unrelated to your issue. The current fault is nothing to do with the 403 Forbidden message that you are experiencing and for which you have had a ticket already raised by first line support. That is why the VM staff have probably not responded because they are busy helping people who have not had help. The 403 error takes time to resolve.
As for the ability of VIPs to refer issues to VM direct, We have earned that privilege by offering consistent, accurate and quick advice to other VM users for which we have received VIP recognition from VM. We use that privilege with discretion.
