I cannot log in to webmail, or even Virgin Media itself. I have tried changing passwords but nothing happens. This started on Tuesday 31st January. I have reported it to the helpdesk via a telephone call but apart from a text message, received on Tuesday 7th February asking if all is now well, I have heard nothing from you. Please can you assist me?
