Having problems accessing my e mail for nearly two weeks now. Apparently account is locked. Have called virgin three times and still have no access. They keep saying they’ve marked a ticket for it but I am still no further forward. Any help on this would be appreciated.
I am hoping someone can help. No email for nearly three weeks now. Numerous calls to virgin media and keep getting told it’s an IT issue and it will get looked at!! Seriously running out of patience waiting on this issue being solved. Any help would be appreciated. Apparently my email account is locked!!
OK, I can see the image even if you can't and it doesn't matter. We have the gist. Very common situation. Many posts about this.
Account has probably been locked for security reasons - detected as sending spam. First step go into My Virginmedia and change the passwords for all of your accounts. Second step wait here for a VM staff member to help you get the mailbox unlocked. If you can't change the passwords come back and tell us that.

have tried changing passwords and had Virgin give me new password then changed it and still did not work. I have someone on here already looking into this but it just seems to be ongoing and not actually getting anywhere!! Bit of a nightmare to be honest.
