One of the e-mail accounts linked to my virgin media accounts has been locked, we have received email advising that locked due to suspicious malware activity.
We have followed instructions in e-mail to do virus scan and to reset the virgin media account password. Message suggested e-mail would then be unlocked after 15 minutes however after more than three hours the e-mail account has not been unlocked.
Who do I need to contact to get this resolved ?

Sorry to hear that your email address is still locked. Is one of the things you've tried, changing your password to one you've never previously used?
