Has anybody experienced this, and if so has anyone had this resolved.
My mum is 74 how do you get classed as vunerable when she's not sleeping and has tried for two weeks all day every day with no solutions.
I have tried phoning no answer, also she keeps getting an automated reply.
Has anyone had this problem?
