I have been unable to access e mails since 21.00 yesterday.
Virgin says they are aware of the issue and many users are affected.
Is this true?

I'm getting what is presumably the same thing. Using Outlook under Windows a dialogue box keeps coming up that says the pop3.virginmedia.com server can't be contacted. Neither my username nor password have changed, and clicking OK does nothing.

Can you please confirm if this is still ongoing?
If so, is this issue apparent when using our web mail services?
