Thanks for the reply.I am a VM customer - broadband,landline and TV.
I am not sure how I am accessing e mails - I used to just sign in on [deleted]@
virginmedia.com
My problem is that I can no longer access the user ID and password screen - hence I am unable to reset my password.
Please advise on how best to fix this - I am starting to lose confidence in this service and, if the problem is not rectified I will have no other option than creating a new e mail address with another service provider.
