E Mail Addresses

Hi, 

I've been with Virgin Media since the Mid 90's, well Comcast to start which then became NTL and which in turn became Virgin Media. 

When it was NTL I was able to create about 10 E Mail addresses, I'm trying to find all these in my Virgin Media Account, can anyone let me have a link to where they all are in my Virgin Media account please?

Since May 2022 Virgin Media no longer offers free email accounts to new broadband customers and it is no longer possible for existing customers to create new VM email addresses.

The only statement I have seen from Virgin Media is in the second paragraph of their email helpsheet https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/manage-email-account 

This is what they say there:

"Please note, Virgin Media no longer offers the ability for customers to create new Virgin Media email addresses. Customers with an existing Virgin Media email address will not be affected; their mail account will remain as is."

Thanks for the reply. I'm not trying to create any more E Mail addresses just trying to find the list of all of the ones I already have with them

Providing that they are correctly linked to your primary account you should find them listed under the manage other my Virgin media accounts section.  Sign in to My Virgin Media account for the primary address and click on Update settings> account details> scroll down to the manage other accounts section.

A recent update means that you have to log into the My Virgin Media account for each email address to change the password etc.
