Hello there,On the virginmedia page where the square box saying e-mail i find i cannot get into my e-mails because message comes up connection error all the time ,i have reboot my box and all cables are connected properly is anyone else having this problem please
Yes - don't do what you are doing. Just clear your browser cache and all virginmedia.com cookies. Google for how to do it for your particular browser. That will always resolve the issue.
If it makes you any happier, it happened to me two days ago and I solved it. It doesn't matter if anyone else has or has had the problem. What matters is finding a solution for you. The issue is caused by a corrupt cache or a corrupt cookie. Now you know.
