Disconnection email

Hi Guys

 

I recently  downgraded my account by phone and received all the relevant confirmations email with new contract etc . But then this morning I got a disconnection email . Saying sorry that I was leaving. !! Im not !!

Does anyone know if this is something that gets done automatically...If so it v confusing .

Also I can see live chat anywhere on VM.
