Deletion of email account(s)

Hi, I have an old ntlworld and virginmedia email which I can send and receive from but cannot log into the account, it says my email address isn't recognised?

I am no longer a virginmedia customer so I cannot login to the website and have just spent 90 minutes getting nowhere on a WhatsApp chat.

This email and a couple of others, have been hacked and I'm getting all sorts of messages/blackmail and wish to delete the account, however I can't because I can't even log into it.

Can someone help please.

Sorry to see you have been having trouble trying to log in to delete these hacked emails. I can certainly understand the urgency to have these deleted.
