I want to delete my wife's blueyonder email which has been hacked. It is a sub email to mine.

Can I get this done through this website and if so how?

Thanks

@johnbean  You should be able to delete it yourself via the My Virgin Media account for your primary address.  Log in here: Login to My Virgin Media | Virgin Media

Select  Update Settings > Account details > scroll down to 'Manage other My Virgin Media accounts > then click Delete to the right of the account that you want to delete.

Thanks for this and for your quick response.

Whilst in my own account I noticed two worrying things. Firstly, the leading number in the account number is actually wrong, it differs from my long term one shown on my latest contract. Secondly, I have tried to edit my phone number and it always says details not saved. I also want to replace my blueyonder email which is used as a login and also contact email with my hotmail email. I assume there is no problem here. The trouble is I am losing confidence with VM.

Should I contact the helpline about the account wrong number and not being able to update the phone number? If so which helpline option?

Many thanks in advance.

@johnbean It is probably easier to wait for the VM Forum Team to respond to this thread.  They should be able to assist with the account issues.
