Deleting old NTL primary email address - former customer
I left Virgin Media almost a year ago when I moved house to an area without cable, and want to delete my old ntlworld primary email address. I thought this would be done automatically after 90 days. It is attracting spam and phishing emails. I would hate for family/friends/colleagues to get messages from it, if it was to be spoofed or hacked. Please can someone help?
I obviously can't login into the account settings etc. because I'm not a customer any longer.

Hi Wobblyknees, thanks for the message and I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the online account, We will need to raise an IT ticket to get this resolved and will send you a private message. Chris
