Dear Forum admin,

Please could Forum Admin/Help assist with my request.

I would like to have my virgin.net email account deleted please. I am unable to access the account due to 'account verification',problem.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your account access. I might be able to process this if the email you would like deleting is not for your primary account. Please join me on private message so we can locate the account and pass account security, I'll be able to discuss the account in full and look to investigate the issue.
