I closed my Virgin Media Broadband account 18 months ago, but the 2 associated emails are still active (collecting junk).
Please can you delete them for me asap? I understand this is supposed to happen within 90 days of closing the account.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.
Usually email accounts are deleted after 90 days but there are times where this could take longer, or some do slip through the net.
We can certainly raise this to IT to get the addresses deleted though but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.
I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
