To be honest I dont know about the spoiler bit, but happy to say what happened.
My issue was sorted, it was purely a password/security situation at the end of the day. Nothing to do with orphaned accounts!
My experience was very 100% positive on the community much better than the chat line who should have been able to sort it or tell me what the problem was.
