One of my secondary ntlworld email accounts has been hacked and I need to delete it. I thought I had already deleted it after logging in to my Virgin Media and clicking delete on the account. It no longer shows as one of my email accounts but it is still receiving mail (lots of junk/spam).
Can anyone help?
I'd like to get this sorted ASAP

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with a secondary email account still be active
I'd like to take a look into this for you and get it deleted.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
