Deleted additional email account

I set up an additional email address on my account and needed to transfer this to my Nanas Virgin media account, I thought removing this from my account I'd be able to use this email address again. However this has not worked

Please can you help me to reverse the account deletion of this email account

It isn't possible to transfer individual email addresses between accounts.

If the Forum Team catch this in time it may be possible to restore the address to the original account.  They will pick this up in due course.

Welcome to our Community Forum and thanks for posting. Sometimes we have these ideas that are great in our heads but ends up going "wonky" (I've had a few myself).

I've just restored and enabled the email address for you. It may be instant, are you able to try it?
