Please can you help. My old virgin.net email account, which I no longer use, has been hacked. This account should have been deleted after I stopped using Virgin in 2013. I cannot access this virgin.net email account as my username is not recognised. I am receiving spam and fraudulent emails from this old account which are being auto forwarded to another account. I have no other accounts with Virgin Media.
