Delete old ntlworld email addresses

Hi Robert, hope you can help.

My sister has had her orphaned NTLWORLD account hacked and its caused her no end of mayhem ! Please can you help her delete the old mailbox ?

The account holder can get in touch with us directly on the forums themselves or they can also call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or on 0345 454 1111 from any other service.
