I moved from Virgin Media to Sky in 2019 and was advised my old blueyonder email account would be removed / deactivated in 90 days time. I've been checking this old account from time to time as it was still active and receiving mainly spam (which I checked using MS Office. As of 04/03/2022 there are no longer any emails dropping into the blueyonder account. It appears to have been hacked as I've received a malicious email from my own blueyonder email account saying so.
I need to get this account blocked / removed ASAP to ensure no further activity is undertaken on the account. My old password no longer works therefore I would like to know how I can get this done as an ex Virgin Media account holder.
