Hi,

I have 2 old ntlworld.com email addresses that I would like deleted asap as I believe they have been compromised.

I have tried several times going through Virgin Media but they have not assisted.

I left Virgin Media some 20 years ago but the email addresses remained active and still working.

We're sorry to hear you've had some issues getting the support you need to delete these email addresses. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.

I have requested the deletion of the email addresses with the IT Team now and they will action this.
