Are you still a VM broadband customer and does this address show up in My Virginmedia? If you are and it does you can delete it yourself if it is not your primary e-mail address.
If you are no longer a VM broadband customer or you cannot see this address in My VM then you'll need the help of the Forum Team to delete the address.
