I want to keep my virgin media services package other than my email which I want deleted as it has been hacked....no one seems to be able to help. Is it because I have to cancel all my services first in order to do this?
It says - "You can't delete the primary Virgin Media email address until 90 days after ceasing services with Virgin Media. However it’s a good idea to set up an email redirection during that period, and clear your emails and folders out so you’re ready after the 90 days."
Is there a way around this????
