Hi markwheater,
Thanks for coming back to us on this one. Apologies that the account remained active. Due to the wording on the IT Ticket, the IT team assumed that you just wanted the My VM sign in email details removed. They did this however the actual email accounts have remained active.
I have re-raised this with the team advising that you want the actual email accounts deleted. They will pick this up at some point over the next few days. Once they have, I'll pop you an update.

The IT Team have come back to me today and have confirmed the email accounts have now been deleted as requested.
