I'm no longer a virgin media customer, but my email and my wife's still seems to be active after leaving VM nearly a year ago. We were advised our accounts would be deleted 90 days after leaving.
How can we PERMANENTLY delete our accounts?

@andyw39466 The VM Forum Team staff should be able to help you with this when they reach this thread in a day or so. They will respond here and send you a private message to obtain the details and clear security.

We're sorry to hear the email addresses are still active. It is usually only 90 days but at times, this can be a little longer.
I can see my colleague has just replied to your thread here: Delete old email account.
Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
Have a look at my colleagues reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.
