Delay receiving an email

I have an ntlworld.com email address and every week receive an email from a friend with a btinternet.com email address. Last week the email was delayed for more than two days in transit. I would be most grateful if someone could look at the header and tell me
1. Was the email delayed because of its content (though the content looked unobjectionable to me)?
2. If not, does the fault lie with Virgin Media or BT?

Here's the part of the header which shows the delay:
