Deceased Account- Moving Emails addresses to the spouses new Account

Hi my father in law just passed away, and had a number of family email accounts linked to his account.  For instance his wife's email address.  We just closed his account via the breavement team , and created a new Virgin Media Account to continue the VM service.  However we want to be able to move her email address over to the new account.  Is this possible?

I'm sorry for your loss and I hope your family are doing well. 

The best people to advise you on this would be the bereavement team directly as they deal with these queries on a daily basis. 

If you have any correspondence and contact details for one of the team I would suggest contacting them back to discuss this.
