@ Jodi, so basically you're saying that because these are "3rd party spam emails" (what other types are there?) then nothing can be done by VM although it's specifically THEIR members email addresses (us poor suckers) which are being accessed FROM YOUR DATABASE to send all this spamcrap specifically referring to McAfee and to a lesser degree, bitcoin.
Are you really telling us that if we forward these spam emails to your abuse@virginmedia.com they can/will stop these? Convince me because right now I do not believe it will help at all!
It's about time VM accepted their responsibility to block this rubbish and not ask/expect their customers to try to filter them out which we all know doesn't work anyway!
