Hi All
Use Standalone only from time to time when tried to get onto VM email account today no luck at all just keep receiving DEF01 error.
Tried to change password but states i have not entered email correctly ( i have )
Tried even to change email but can't get past the error code page
Any Help in simple terms for this computer novice please?

Sorry to hear you're unable to access your Virgin Media email address. Are you an active Virgin Media broadband customer? If you're not, this may be the reason why. Alternatively, is the email address in question, linked to an existing broadband account. However, as you've reached out to us, I would like to take a closer look on your behalf.
