Credentials needed

Cannot access emails on the phone, tablet, laptop and desktop...It is asking for credentials??

A little box appears headed Sync options

below that is the username

below that is the password with an X beside it

below that is the server address, port, security type, all of which are correct...

When I click next it says that it is validating server settings and up pops a message username or password is incorrect...

Trying to access a virginmedia.com account and no details what so ever have changed...

Can anyone help please and thanks 🙂

The simplest thing to try first is (if the trouble is signing in to webmail) - try a different browser or clear the cache/cookies from your preferred browser (close it and reopen).  If this does not solve the problem, please come back and we will try other ideas.

If you are using a client, which one?
