Last week our @virginmedia.com emails stopped working. One week on it is still not working properly and none of the old emails and multiple folders with many years worth of emails have been restored.

Has anyone any idea as to when the problem is going to be fixed?

Hi @NeilN1 👋.

We have now restored the ability to send and receive emails for all affected accounts. Our teams are continuing to work flat out to restore historic emails into the inboxes of a small proportion of accounts. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you Sabrina, but that unfortunately does not answer the question. When is it anticipated that all the historic emails will be reinstated?
