Morning,
I've still got an old blueyonder address which I still use as my primary email and I've reported this Craigslist spam to phishing@virginmedia.com multiple times. I've tried to block them but every single day I get 2 of these emails with a different subject (random letters) and a URL in the message body.
Can something be done about them please?

If these emails are being correctly identified as spam and being delivered to your Spam folder then there is not much you can do as user defined filter rules only execute against emails delivered to you Inbox folder.
I can only suggest that before reviewing your Spam folder's content you search it for emails containing the text “Craigslist Adult Club” and delete them beforehand.
