I signed up on 30th nov got order email, set up direct debit details but still no contract

No its due to pick up from local collection point on 14th dec
I'll pop you a private message to take some details, so we can check the order status and double check if the contract has been generated yet.
Keep an eye on the purple envelope in the top right corner, as we'll need to pass security first too.
